Pacific Pines Soccer Club was founded on some very important ideals. The club motto 'for the good of the kids' is a foundational building block that is encapsulated in its core values, Stewardship, Honour and Excellence. With these simple and somewhat idealistic guidelines in place PPSC is moving forward with confidence, knowing who we are and what we believe is important to our community.

With the current decline of the value system as a whole in society we believe as a club we can be a shining light and use this club as a tool to teach youth about valuing what they have and those that are in their sphere of influence. Also teaching them to do everything they do in excellence.

Stewardship – resourcefulness

Stewardship refers to management's responsibility to properly utilize and develop its resources, including its people, its property and its financial assets.

Honour – a way of treating people

To honour someone means to place value on them and to show respect towards them. This also relates to the respect for truth, honesty and integrity for the club.

Excellence – doing things better

PPSC is working to establish a complete centre of excellence on and off the field.
