Founded in 2006 by a hand full of parents who desired to see their kids play the world game to the best of their ability, the club started with 99 registered players ranging from U6 - U12 in its first year.

PPSC continued to grow in 2007 expanding to just under 200 players and moving upward to U13's.

At the conclusion of the 2007 season the club introduced a Summer Soccer competition which was open to all Gold Coast children regardless if they were registered for the winter season or not. This Summer Soccer competition was sanctioned by Football Queensland and is a first of its kind in the Gold Coast region.

Season 2008 sees the launch of a new Football Philosophy based on clubs such as Ajax, Amsterdam and FC Barcelona.
